Our whole approach is based around our theory on Account Management.  Over the years we have seen the networks move heavily into what we believe to be entirely the wrong approach to management of SME customers.

Companies will sell the 'benefits' of having someone manage your account after the salesperson has signed your contract. We think that's absolutely wrong.  What is the point in having someone come along and understand your business, then pass your business to someone you've never met, and never will meet?
